Ashley is a party girl! This month alone she has attended 4 birthday parties. She loves every minute of it! She's played baseball, swam, and had a lot of cake with ice cream. What could be better?
Ashley's teacher made Super Hero costumes for everyone in her class for the school parade Ashley was Super A. She loved it! She had a great time at her class Halloween party. Ashley was totally pumped to go trick-or-treating with friends that she could hardly stand for it to get dark. Princess Cinderella had a fabulous Halloween evening.
Ashley is in a braided ponytail stage. Everyday she wants her hair up in a ponytail and she wants the ponytail braided. Everyday. Ponytail. Braided.
Unfortunately Ashley got sick this month. She was none too pleased to have to miss school! She Tolstoy us she needed to learn! Luckily Ashley and Daddy worked out a system and taking her medicine only turned into a minor production. We were all very happy when she finished all the medicine.
Ashley really gets into show and tell at school. She starts thinking about what she's going to share on Sunday. Show and tell isn't until Thursday. For the letter G week she insisted on taking granola bars for everyone in her class. We were unsure if that would be okay due to so many allergies in classes these days. Ashley asked her teacher and Mommy verified it would be okay. A special trip to Target for granola bars! Ashley was very concerned because 2 boxes had 14 granola bars and there were only 13 students inherent class, but she came up with the idea that the teacher could have the extra one! It all turned out for the best.
After Halloween Ashley was ready to decorate for Thanksgiving. She helped after Addie went to bed. She was so excited for Addie to get up the next morning to show her all the new things. Ashley was also very excited to play with the "pirate" ship. Mommy tried to explain it was the Mayflower, but Ashley preferred to continue referring to it as a pirate ship. Ashley also had a conversation with the check out person at Walgreens as to where all the turkeys were and why they already had Christmas trees in the store. she just doesn't think it's fair to skip Thanksgiving decorations
